At Heritage Hues, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Once the item is inspected and approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued. (We currently do not offer cash refunds.)
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or opt for store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or tailored products
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (if applicable)
Process
- Write to us at theheritagehue.official@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
