Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by writing to us at support@heritagehues.com.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are provided only in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Store credits will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
  • If the product is unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you and issue a refund/store credit as applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
